Created and run by Yoga teacher, Hanna Lambert, That Yoga Class facilitates Hatha Yoga classes for adult beginners mixed level ability.
Our sessions include a combination of breath work, physical postures (Asana) and relaxation to not only give you a work out that suits your level, but provides you the time and space to reconnect your mind and body.
Hanna has been practising Yoga for over 10 years and is a fully qualified Yoga teacher with a level 4 Diploma from the British Wheel of Yoga.*
She is also trained in The Danielle Collins Face Yoga method for those Yogis interested in giving the face a work out, as well!
Initially drawn to Yoga for its physical benefits such as increasing strength and flexibility, Hanna's personal journey has progressed over the years to learn how Yoga helps us connect our mind with our body whilst working with the breath.
More recently, she has been developing her understanding around how our Yoga practice can enhance our everyday lives off the mat.
